Signal & Form is run by its founder, Jack Nelson. He grew up in Dallas drawing, building his own games and worlds, and selling whatever he made to anyone who would listen. Nothing about that has changed except the medium.
The studio started with one conviction: a small business deserves the same craft a big one gets, without the agency overhead or the template shortcut. So every site here is designed from a blank page, built on a modern stack, and run for you afterwards. One flat price to launch, one flat price to keep it running, and no hourly billing that punishes you for asking a question.
The second conviction is that you should always know who you are dealing with. Jack scopes, designs, builds, and maintains every project himself. The person on the first call is the person who ships your site and answers your text six months later.
Before this he worked in kitchens and on a food truck, where the standard was simple: show up, do the work properly, and treat people well whether or not there is anything in it for you.
